Key Workers
We operate a key worker system whereby each child is allocated a key worker. The key worker will develop a bond with your child and form a positive relationship with them.

This in turn will ensure that your child is secure and confident in building relationships.
Each key worker is responsible for routinely observing their key child and giving parents verbal feedback as to how their child is progressing in each area of development.

This will be conveyed in both a written and verbal manner at the end of each term, by way of a 10 minute parent – teacher meeting.
When children are developmentally ready to move to the next room, staff will inform parents and introduce them to room leader of the room their child will be moving to.
Children usually move in small groups with a member of staff they are familiar with. This makes the transition easier for the children.
